When you mate a white cat, there is always a large amount of suspense until the birth, mainly if it's her or his first litter. We can have solid kittens with this mating if the male has the non-agouti gene (the mother has it, she is a solid cat). The same happens with dilution. We will have blue or cream if the male has that specific gene (the mother is herself a blue tortie, a dilution from black, and naturally has the gene).
